Traditional advertising involving physical posters, Digital posters and QR codes are targeted to generic users. Merchant does not have the option to show offers only to potential customers. With the advent of Bluetooth Low Energy and wide reach of smart phones, we can provide offers to intended customers. Extending this to Google glass, offers can be shown to the users in real time which is relevant and meets the need of the customer.

We propose below solution: Third Eye(offers on the go)

1. User enters the mall/market looking for certain goods (say laptops)
2. User will launch the application and say "Ok Glass, show offers on laptops"
3. User will be shown the offers of the nearest shop and distance to that shop.
4. As user moves ahead, offers of the next merchant will be shown.
5. User can visit the shop and avail the offer.

A web portal will be provided for merchants to upload the offers and configure BLE beacons. This currently is not part of Hackathon.
